Cara membuatnya :</span><br />

1. Kocok gula dan kuning telur hingga kental, kemudian kocok juga putih telor tersendiri.<br />

2. Campurkan kocokan kedua telur tadi.<br />

3. Masukkan parutan citrun.<br />

4. Aduk perlahan lahan sampai rata.<br />

5. Masukkan tepung,aduk pelan-pelan hingga adonan tersebut rata.<br />

6. Cetak adonan tersebut atau bentuk sesuka kita.<br />
<br />
7. Kemudian cetakan kue-kue tadi kita olesi dengan kuning telur.<br />

8. Taburi dengan gula pasir sampai rata.<br />

9. Terakhir cetakan kue yang sudah jadi tersebut di-pan dengan api yang panas.<br />

4. Campurkan kuning telor yang sudah dikocok tadi sedit demi sedikit dengan mentega<br />

5. Tuangkan susu, aduk secara berlahan<br />
<br />
6. Masukkan terigu yang sudah di campur dengan kenari<br />
<br />
7. Aduk pelan-pelan menggunakan centong kayu<br />
<br />
8. Campurkan putih telor dan bahan-bahan lainnya<br />

9. Bagi adonan menjadi lima bagian<br />
<br />
10. 3 bagian dicampur dengan bubuk caco sampai warnanya cukup coklat, tambahkan beberapa tetes citroen essence.<br />

11. 2 bagian biarkan putih, bila perlu tambahkan vanili sedikit<br />
<br />
12. Panggang dengan api atas bawah, dimulai dengan lapis yang coklat, lalu lapis yang putih, terus coklat, kemudian yang putih dan terakhir yang coklat sehingga menjadi lima bagian<br />
